The first step is to give us a call or send over an email.  We will have a conversation about what it is you are looking for in an assistant, we will identify the areas of your business which you feel you need attention.

I will explain to you what we offer at OK Virtual and demonstrate the way in which we can help you and your business.

Once we have had a conversation and you have decided that OK Virtual is clearly the way forward 🙂 I will send over a contract detailing what we have discussed and all parties will sign.

All that is left to do is for you to hand over the ‘keys’ to your company. Anything we will need access to; emails, calendars. websites etc send all of the details to us and we will store all of the information safely and only access them when working on your project.
